World of techno

The techno is a form of electronic dance music that started in late 80s and eventually reach world wide by 90s. The techno is made up of repeatable drums and bass beats with help of DJ that simply makes you dance. DJ uses synthesizer to create sounds with many different samples. Daft Punk is one who got me into the world of techno. My favorite album would be Discovery. Their playful upbeats make me want to dance whenever I hear it. “Harder, Better, Faster, Faster” is one of those tracks. Cymbals keeping the beats while Daft Punk sings with robotic tone and you could hear the sound of synthesizer. End of the song you could hear guitar sounds

Another techno group would be The Prodigy. They are known as master mind because of all the works they have done. Range from trance, industrial, hardcore, to alternative. I would call them as rock band that makes you dance violently with anger. Unlike many other techno artists, The Prodigy choose to sing with normal voice but it sounds like punk and hardcore. This is one of the distinct points that they have. This song called “Breathe,” starts out with dynamic bass with many different sounds still manage through the heavy sounds of bass beats. Then guitar follows by with regular drum beats. These phases repeat one after another. The main vocal sounds more like punk with great emotions behind it.
